DEWESoft USA Headquarters

In August of 2023, The Spieker Company completed a new building addition with renovations for DEWESoftt USA. The new headquarters, nestled back in a quiet neighborhood in Whitehouse, Ohio was completed in 11 months all while the company maintained their day-to-day operations during the course of construction. This CMR project included renovations of 11,500 square feet of existing office space as well as a three-floor new addition of 18,200 square feet. The building includes a variety of workspaces and conferences areas, a spacious cafeteria with a full kitchen on the main floor as well as a 4,800 square foot 3rd floor open roof deck area. The dark exterior insulated metal panels contrasted with the orange composite panels & canopies emphasize the DEWESoft brand and color scheme. The monumental staircase is accented with lasered aluminum company branded panels and the metallic epoxy floors throughout the entire building are just a few “extras” that make the headquarters for DEWESoft USA a standout building.
