Norman White - Retired
Mr. White earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo in 1970. He spent six years working for Toledo Architectural / Engineering firms while serving in The Ohio National Guard Construction Division. He joined the Henry J. Spieker Company in 1974, one of the founders of The Spieker Company, he is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.

Andrew Keller - President
Mr. Keller earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology at Bowling Green State University. He spent six years in the field during high school and college working in masonry, concrete, and other various construction trades. Two weeks after graduation, June 1, 1976, he was hired by The Spieker Company and has been there everyday since. He has worked his way up through the organization starting as an estimator / project manager, vice president and is now the company president. |

Matthew Berg - Vice President / Senior Project Manager
Mr. Berg earned his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University in 1994. While attending school, he worked different construction related co-op jobs that included work on large commercial projects, civil service and estimating work for a General Contractor. He was hired upon graduation by The Spieker Company in the spring of 1994 for the position of project manager / estimator and is now a vice president / senior project manager.

Adam K. Frye - Vice President / Senior Project Manager
Mr. Frye earned his Bachelors Degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University in 1988. Upon graduation, he began building restaurants around the country for a national fast food chain. After joining The Spieker Company in 1990 as a project manager / estimator, he is now a vice president / senior project manager. |

Aaron White - Vice President / Chief Estimator
Mr. White started with The Spieker Company in 1985. He began working in the field, moving into the office in 1990 as a Project Manager assistant. Working while attending Bowling Green State University in the Science of Construction Management, he has been an estimator/project manager with The Spieker Company since 1992 and is now a vice president/ chief estimator. |

Ryan Keller - Project Manager, Estimator
Mr. Keller earned his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University in December 2004. He is also an Associate Member of the American Institute of Constructors. He has been involved with The Spieker Company since he was sixteen and became a full time employee as a project manager / estimator in 2005.

Curt Alspaugh - Project Manager, Estimator
Mr. Alspaugh's 30 plus years of experience in the construction field has made him a valuable employee to The Spieker Company. Curt's range of experience consists of project manager/estimator in the fields of general, mechanical, electrical, and sitework, director of design for restaurants, and providing consulting services to local contractors. Curt was hired in at The Spieker Company in April of 2011.

Katie May - LEED Green Associate / Project Manager Assistant
Mrs. May has been with The Spieker Company since April 1994. Katie was promoted to Project Manager Assistant in 2000. She is currently working toward a degree at Owens Community College.
Katie has successfully completed the certification requirements for LEED Green Associate. |

Kris Cordell - Project Manager Assistant, Safety Director
Ms. Cordell has been with The Spieker Company since April 2006. Kris graduated from the University of Dayton in 2002, and continues to take safety training courses including:
- OSHA 30 hr. Course
- OSHA Compliance & Workplace Safety
- Fall Hazard in Construction & Maintenance
- COSS Course
- Job Hazard Analysis Course
